Production for rewards and freebies is going ahead smoothly. We are running a little behind schedule for sending out surveys and opening up pledge manager due to certain setup issues between Kickstarter and BackerKit. Rest assured we are working to get the issue resolved as soon as possible, and will most likely be sending our surveys and openings up the pledge manager by November 22nd 2022.

Hello backers!
The "make your own pledge" reward for $50 CAD was supposed to have the amount credited towards the final total when add-ons were selected, instead the $50 was functioning like an entry ticket and add-ons were charged over and above that. This is not how we intended it to function.
We would like to inform all our backers who have selected this pledge level that the $50 will be credited to your account in Backerkit after the campaign which can be used to pay for additional add-ons, shipping and taxes (if applicable). Any unused funds will be credited back to source upon locking of your orders.
However as a further remedy, we have now created a new "Make your own pledge" reward, which will now be accessible for $5 CAD. This pledge will give you access to all our add-ons within Kickstarter as well as allow you to access Backerkit once the campaign is over. The $5 can be used within Backerkit.
